What We Need:
1.25oz batida de coco
7 oz cactus fruit juice
How to prepare:
Pour the batida de coco into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with cactus fruit juice, stir and serve.

Cabin Cooler- Absolut® Raspberri vodka, Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay coconut rum, cranberry juice and ginger ale.
What We Need:
16 oz Absolut® Raspberri vodka
16 oz Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay coconut rum
8 oz cranberry juice
4 oz ginger ale
How to prepare:
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and chill, preferably in ice. Pour into suitable glasses. Garnish rim of each glass with a lime slice, and serve.

Ca-Boom – vanilla vodka and Coca-Cola® Diet Lime Coke.
What We Need:
2 oz vanilla vodka
8 oz Coca-Cola® Diet Lime Coke
How to prepare:
Place the vanilla vodka in a martini shaker and fill the shaker with the diet lime Coke. Shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Buttery So-Co - Southern Comfort® peach liqueur, butterscotch schnapps and Coca-Cola®.
What We Need:
1 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1 oz butterscotch schnapps
top with Coca-Cola® to taste
How to prepare:
Pour the butterscotch schnapps and Southern Comfort peach liqueur into a highball glass with a little ice. Top with Coca-cola to taste, and serve.

Banana Sunrise - creme de bananes, pina colada mix, Malibu® coconut rum and orange juice.
What We Need:
2/3 oz creme de bananes
2/3 oz pina colada mix
2/3 oz Malibu® coconut rum
orange juice
How to prepare: Add ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a highball glass.
